Benefits of Our Products:
- Precision Multi-Cavity Molding Technology
Enables intricate texture/geometry customization while maintaining rapid production scalability, ensuring consistent quality across high-volume orders.
- Medical-Grade LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) Processing
Utilizes platinum-catalyzed, BPA-free formulations with ISO 10993 certification for unmatched biocompatibility and heat resistance (up to 428°F/220°C).
- Tear-Resistant Structural Engineering
Computer-optimized wall thickness (3-5mm gradient) and embedded skeletal matrices prevent deformation under extreme compressive forces exceeding 200N.
- Post-Processing Compliance Assurance
Implements automated de-flashing and NSF/EN71-certified wash cycles to eliminate microburrs and contaminants, achieving 100% batch traceability.
Production Process:
- Design & Mold Engineering
- Develop 3D CAD model and perform design for manufacturing (DFM) review
- Engineer precision mold (usually two plate or multi cavity) via CNC machining
- Material Preparation
- Select FDA and ROHS compliant food grade liquid silicone rubber (LSR)
- Meter and mix base polymer with curing agent at precise ratio (e.g., 1:1 by weight)
- Color & Additive Compounding
- Incorporate custom pigments, UV stabilizers or antimicrobial additives
- Degas blended material under vacuum to eliminate entrapped air
- Injection Molding
- Preheat mold to optimal temperature (typically 150–180 °C)
- Inject LSR into mold cavities under controlled pressure and shot volume
- Thermal Curing
- Maintain mold temperature for defined cure cycle (e.g., 90–120 s) to cross link silicone
- Demolding & Flash Removal
- Open mold and extract molded balls
- Trim excess flash and runners using precision trimming tools or automated trim presses
- Quality Inspection
- Verify dimensional accuracy, hardness, tensile strength, and surface finish
- Conduct safety tests (e.g., extractables, odor, toxicity) per FDA/ISO guidelines
- Cleaning, Packaging & Labeling
- Ultrasonically clean parts to remove residual contaminants
- Sterilize if required, then pack in custom cartons or blister packs with branded labels
Our Factory:
Our facility integrates CNC machining, Mirror EDM, EDM, and slow-speed wire cutting (WC) for micron-level mold accuracy. Production is supported by 15 rubber compression presses and 2 LSR injection molding machines, ensuring scalable output with optimized cycle times.
Quality assurance is enforced through 3D optical projection, hermeticity testing, durometry, and tensile analysis, conducted by IATF 16949/ISO 9001-certified teams. Automated processes—including dehumidified material handling, doming automation, and laser die-cutting—maintain ±0.005″ tolerances while maximizing throughput.
